Orders
- Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners

- Additionally, we also provide finance options via Shop Pay and Affirm.
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
Returns
- Returns are accepted 15 days after delivery.
- Returns MUST be initiated by sending an email to “Returns@ednrtel.com. Please include, order number, order email address, and full name. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
- If approved:
- We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You’ll also be issued a store credit for original purchase total minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Returns@ednrtel.com.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are FINAL.

Shipping
EDN + RTEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If you need further support, please contact our customer service team at contact@ednrtel.com so we can assist you.
- We ONLY ship within the continental US using a variety of parcel and freight carriers.
- Free Shipping is not available to orders shipped, Hawaii or Alaska.
- Shipping to Canada, EU, Australia and more, will be supported in 2025. Please note that we would not be responsible for any tax or duty your country might request at customs entry, these fees are to be paid by the receiver at delivery.
Our trade program is expected to launch in 2025. If you are interested in our trade program, please send a courtesy email to trade@ednrtel.com, expressing your interest.
General
- Yes, where applicable. Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped.
- Applicable taxes will be added to items shipped to AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.
- In stock items are shipped 5-7 business days after purchase.
- If the order contains both in stock items and preorder items, the order will NOT ship until AFTER the preorder items are received and available as stock.
